Social Media & Content Manager (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

Johnolans Designs is launching its digital platform and seeks a creative Social Media & Content Manager to shape the brand’s online presence. You will combine visual storytelling with strategic planning to showcase premium home‑design concepts across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the brand’s presence on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Create high‑quality graphics, reels, short‑form videos and other engaging assets tailored to the architecture/home‑design niche.
• Maintain a consistent, premium visual identity and produce launch‑focused content campaigns.
• Collaborate with architects and visualisation teams to turn plans, renders and lifestyle visuals into compelling posts.
• Handle posting schedules, write captions, select hashtags and engage with the audience.
• Support brand‑authority growth before and after the platform launch.

Required profile

• Strong graphic‑design background with a portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern aesthetics.
• Experience producing short‑form video content for platforms such as Reels, TikTok or Shorts.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of social‑media trends and engagement tactics.
• Excellent communication, organization and the ability to work both independently and within a fast‑growing creative team.
