Social Media Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to shape and amplify our brand’s online presence. You will work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to produce engaging visual and written material that drives audience interaction and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Create a variety of content formats including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics that resonate with our target audience.
• Plan and launch social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Monitor, analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
• Respond to comments, messages and inquiries to nurture a loyal online community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay current with social media trends, tools and best practices relevant to gifting and lifestyle sectors.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and audience targeting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in retail, gifting or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation and analytics.
• Excellent writing, visual and creative abilities.
• Ability to design campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
