About the role
We are seeking a Site Technical Officer to oversee daily operations at our construction site in Marina, Lagos. The role ensures that all activities align with project plans, drawings and timelines while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Ensure work aligns with project plans, drawings, and timelines.
- Monitor site productivity and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Enforce quality control and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics.
- Maintain accurate site records and reports.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- A degree in a related field such as civil engineering or construction management.
