Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that work quality, safety, and compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. This role acts as the company’s on‑site representative, coordinating with teams and reporting progress to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the smooth daily running of the project site and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure work quality and safety standards are not compromised.
• Produce Inspection and Test Plans, Work Method Statements, Risk Assessments, HSE reports and other project documentation.
• Facilitate site inspections and monitor compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct project meetings, prepare and submit timely reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with Team Lead/BDM on scope of works, specifications, cost estimates and RFQs/RFPs.
• Work with planners to produce weekly look‑ahead schedules.

Required profile

• HND/BSc in Mechanical, Petrochemical or related Engineering field.
• Minimum four years of experience in a similar site supervision role.
• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety certification.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project) and AutoCAD.
