Architect – Design & Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with innovative design skills to deliver functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing structures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare detailed plans, including layouts, elevations, and 3D models.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify design adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with 3‑4 years of experience.
• Professional license/registration (e.g., ARCON, RIBA, AIA).
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainable solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Experience with sustainable/green building practices.
