Senior Videographer – End-to-End Production

About the role

Moniepoint is seeking a Senior Videographer to lead end-to-end video production for its brand and internal communications. The role combines hands‑on shooting and editing with direct stakeholder management, ensuring high‑quality visual content that supports the company’s fintech mission.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, edit and deliver video projects from start to finish without outsourcing.
• Own timelines and communicate proactively with stakeholders, flagging risks early.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to raising studio production standards.
• Generate fresh creative ideas and formats across documentary, talking‑head, event and executive content.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of professional video production experience with a portfolio of self‑shot and self‑edited work.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders directly, especially under tight deadlines.
• Strong storytelling instinct across multiple video formats.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a small production team.
