Interior Architect

About the role

Lispace Design is an interior architecture and design studio that creates refined, functional and timeless spaces for homeowners, property owners and developers. They are seeking a creative and technically strong Interior Architect to contribute from concept development through to site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop space plans, furniture layouts and interior concepts.
• Produce accurate technical drawings, elevations, sections and joinery details.
• Create 3D models and high‑quality renders.
• Develop mood boards, material palettes and finish specifications.
• Attend site visits, take measurements and ensure designs are properly executed.
• Coordinate with contractors, artisans, suppliers and the project team.
• Review workmanship and identify design or construction issues on site.
• Assist with client presentations and design revisions.

Required profile

• Creative with a strong eye for detail.
• Technically confident and construction‑minded.
• Strong in space planning and design development.
• Proactive, able to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Excellent communicator, open to learning and feedback.
