UI/UX Designer

About the role

The UI/UX Designer will create intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences for Paymi Solutions Limited’s fintech products, including web, mobile, and payment platforms. The role involves researching user needs, designing seamless journeys, and collaborating with product, engineering, and compliance teams to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover pain points.
• Design end‑to‑end experiences for web, mobile, dashboards, and payment interfaces.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop high‑fidelity UI designs that follow brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform usability testing and use data‑driven insights to continuously improve designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Deep knowledge of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
• Understanding of Agile product development cycles.
• Capability to interpret data and customer feedback to inform design decisions.
