Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple geographies and business functions. You will own the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, while ensuring a world‑class candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical, operational, administrative and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide market intelligence.
• Coordinate interview schedules across Nigeria, Germany, the UK and the USA, handling multiple time zones.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, track recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
• Support employer branding initiatives and collaborate with external agencies when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition experience, including full‑cycle recruiting.
• Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions and international markets.
• Familiarity with recruitment compliance and data‑protection requirements.
