Senior HR & Administrative Coordinator

About the role

The Senior HR & Administrative Coordinator will lead the HR administration function, ensuring policies, performance management, and employee relations align with the company’s strategic goals. This role partners with senior leadership to drive talent development, compliance, and a high‑performing HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update HR policies, staff handbook, appraisal processes, KPIs, discipline, promotions and raises.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives.
• Orient new hires, manage payroll information, and administer benefit program enrollment.
• Develop and oversee talent management programs, including leadership development and succession planning.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, forms, reports, and logs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and stay current through professional development.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, events, and logistics for the department and organization.
• Administer compensation practices to remain competitive within the industry.
• Manage benefits programs such as life, health, dental, pension, vacation, sick leave, and employee assistance.
• Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing HR team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience.
• At least an MBA or MSc in a related field.
