About the role
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration at Maxce Graphics Studios in Lagos. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Handle employee enquiries, concerns, and workplace issues professionally.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of BSc.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar HR role.
