Sales Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Sales Specialist to join a leading real‑estate organisation in Lagos. The role focuses on driving property sales, building client relationships and delivering strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive property sales and achieve assigned revenue and sales targets.
• Identify, prospect and convert qualified leads through referrals, networking and other business‑development initiatives.
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections and client consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and successful deal closure.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real‑estate sales, property marketing or a similar client‑facing sales role.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Sound understanding of the Nigerian real‑estate market and property transaction processes.
• Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate are an advantage.
