Sales Specialist – Construction Machinery

About the role

LiuGong, a global leader in construction machinery, is looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Specialist to expand its market presence. You will work closely with the Regional Manager, distributors and dealers to drive sales across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market information, customer insights and business data to support strategy development.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, recommending product optimisation and market improvement initiatives.
• Identify, develop and follow up on sales opportunities with distributors and dealers.
• Conduct local market research to onboard potential distributor and agent partners.
• Support and supervise distributor operations, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in organising brand promotion activities, exhibitions, product launches and advertising campaigns.
• Guide distributor outlet development, including showroom setup, branding and visual identity implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on production scheduling, logistics, technical support and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in machinery sales, preferably construction or earthmoving equipment.
• Good understanding of earthmoving machinery such as wheel loaders, excavators, rollers, graders and bulldozers.
• Strong market analysis, business development and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and customer engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
