Sales Personnel – Sales Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Personnel to support our sales operations in Lagos. The role focuses on promoting our product portfolio, building relationships with potential customers, and helping the team meet its revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Stay fully informed about existing products and newly launched services, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to clients.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via telephone, email, and in‑person meetings to generate leads and nurture interest.
• Work closely with the sales team to design and implement effective sales strategies that align with market demands.
• Prepare tailored sales proposals, present them to clients, negotiate terms, and close agreements that satisfy both parties.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to persuade customers.
• Provide ongoing customer service throughout the sales cycle, addressing queries promptly and maintaining strong relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum educational requirement of SSCE or OND qualification, demonstrating basic academic competence.
• 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the food industry, showing familiarity with market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong verbal and written communication abilities to influence client decisions.
• A youthful, agile mindset with a passion for achieving targets and contributing to team success.
