About the role
Deloitte’s Consulting division helps clients solve complex business and technology challenges through strategy, risk, transactions, and technology transformation. The 2026 Graduate Recruitment Refresh invites recent graduates to join our Lagos office as consultants, offering a fast‑track development path from learning to leadership.
Required profile
- Willingness to live Deloitte’s purpose of making an impact that matters.
- Graduated from a recognized university/polytechnic with at least a second class upper (or equivalent) in any discipline.
- Minimum of five O’Level subjects (including Mathematics and English) with credit passes in a single sitting.
- Maximum age of 26 years at the time of application.
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
- Have not previously taken the Deloitte aptitude test.
