About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Officer to support daily sales activities for a leading freight forwarder in Lagos. The role focuses on managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities and helping the company achieve its revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Source new courier clients on a daily basis.
- Visit offices and businesses in person to introduce our courier services.
- Follow up aggressively on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and report daily activities and visits.
- Generate measurable shipment volumes and work closely with operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop practical ideas to increase delivery volumes.
Required profile
- OND, B.Sc. or HND in Administration or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of relevant logistics experience.
- Previous experience in courier, dispatch, logistics, sales, marketing or field operations (mandatory).
- Confidence speaking with businesses and a result‑oriented mentality.
- Proximity to Apapa is highly desired and ability to work on‑site.
