About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Officer to support daily sales activities for a leading freight forwarder in Lagos. The role focuses on managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities and helping the company achieve its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Source new courier clients on a daily basis.
  • Visit offices and businesses in person to introduce our courier services.
  • Follow up aggressively on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and report daily activities and visits.
  • Generate measurable shipment volumes and work closely with operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop practical ideas to increase delivery volumes.

Required profile

  • OND, B.Sc. or HND in Administration or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of relevant logistics experience.
  • Previous experience in courier, dispatch, logistics, sales, marketing or field operations (mandatory).
  • Confidence speaking with businesses and a result‑oriented mentality.
  • Proximity to Apapa is highly desired and ability to work on‑site.
