Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

Anzo Capital, a leading online broker for margin trading in FX, precious metals and CFDs, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in Abuja. You will shape market strategy, build high‑value client relationships and expand the company’s presence across Nigeria and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the Abuja market.
• Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities and partnership prospects.
• Lead negotiations, close deals and manage the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and conduct market analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development and market analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, relationship management and networking.
• Strong track record in sales planning, client acquisition and market expansion.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; higher qualifications are a plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of FX, CFDs and derivatives trading products.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
