Sales & Marketing Executive – Automotive Financing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote OM EXOTICS' car financing solutions in Lagos. You will generate and nurture leads, guide customers through the financing process, and help grow our market presence in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote vehicle financing products to prospective customers.
• Generate new sales leads through marketing and business development activities.
• Follow up on self‑generated and company‑provided leads until conversion or qualification.
• Educate customers on financing terms, deposit requirements, repayment plans, eligibility and documentation.
• Recommend suitable financing options based on customers' budgets and vehicle preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, applications and conversions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with management and finance teams to ensure smooth approval processes.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Provide regular sales updates, pipeline reports and market feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Experience in automobile sales, vehicle financing, banking, consumer lending, fintech or financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.

What we offer

• Hybrid work arrangement (onsite and remote).
• Monthly salary between NGN 200,000 and 300,000 plus commission.
