About the role
We are looking for a high‑energy Sales Executive to drive growth of our commerce and guest‑engagement platform within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. You will manage the full sales cycle, combining field prospecting with closing inbound leads.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new QSR brands, franchisees and multi‑unit operators to increase revenue.
- Execute a high‑activity sales strategy that blends door‑to‑door visits, local networking and inbound lead management.
- Deliver consultative product demonstrations in‑person and virtually, highlighting how our tools boost order volume and customer retention.
- Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow‑ups and thorough documentation.
- Monitor QSR industry trends, competitor activity and merchant needs to position the product suite effectively.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality technology, merchant services or food‑and‑beverage.
- Good understanding of QSR operations and profitability drivers.
- Comfortable pitching owners on‑site and conducting structured, data‑driven software demos remotely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self‑starter with resilience, strong time‑management and the ability to balance field and office activities.
