About the role

BOGO Beverages Limited is seeking motivated Sales Executives to drive growth of its beverage portfolio across Lagos Mainland and Lagos Island. You will be the front‑line representative, expanding market coverage, building distributor relationships and ensuring product visibility.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet territory targets.
  • Identify, prospect and onboard new distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, visibility and competitor activity.
  • Implement trade promotions and sales activation initiatives.
  • Ensure effective merchandising at customer outlets.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and territory updates.

Required profile

  • Residency within Lagos Mainland or Lagos Island.
  • Minimum OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in beverage or FMCG sales.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
  • Good knowledge of Lagos market and distribution channels (advantageous).
