Sales Executive – Fashion Retail

About the role

EJII is a contemporary fashion brand looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about style and skilled at building client relationships. The role blends in‑person and remote activities, offering flexibility while driving growth for both men’s and women’s collections.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales through direct client engagement, online platforms, and retail activations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with performance bonuses.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities such as corporate partnerships, stockist agreements, and event collaborations.
• Represent the brand at pop‑up markets, fashion events, and in‑store activations.
• Track sales performance, report insights, and suggest strategy improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales efforts with campaigns and product launches.
• Provide market and customer feedback to inform future collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, fashion, luxury, or customer‑facing sales.
• Experience with fashion or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
