About the role
Leadway, a non‑banking financial institution focused on insurance, health and asset management, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and client acquisition in Lagos. The role combines relationship management with proactive marketing to support the company’s customer‑centric strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new leads through prospecting and networking activities.
- Achieve or exceed defined sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Deliver sales presentations to a diverse range of potential customers.
- Visit existing and prospective clients to assess needs and promote products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients.
- Residency in Lagos is required.
