About the role

Agu.ng, Nigeria’s leading premium fashion retail brand, is seeking a full‑time Retail Store Manager to lead its stores in key locations such as Lekki, Enugu, Awka, Abuja, Kaduna and Port Harcourt. The manager will ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales performance and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Manage, coach and schedule store staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Enforce loss‑prevention measures and store security protocols.
• Deliver an excellent shopping experience that reflects Agu.ng’s brand values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store management or a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff.
• Effective communication skills and problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced environment.
