Inventory and Store Supervisor

About the role

The Inventory and Store Supervisor will lead daily store operations in Lekki, ensuring accurate stock levels and a clean, organized retail environment. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on inventory control, staff performance, and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory, maintain accuracy of stock levels and oversee restocking processes.
• Supervise daily store operations and keep the retail space clean and organized.
• Monitor sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee staff performance, provide leadership and drive excellent customer satisfaction.
• Implement efficient processes for stock management and contribute to a positive in‑store experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in team leadership and performance management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster positive relationships with team members and customers.
• Proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction through proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for effective inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in inventory management software (preferred).
