Regulatory Pharmacy Executive – Market Access Healthcare

About the role

The Regulatory Pharmacy Executive will ensure full regulatory compliance for all pharmaceutical activities, supporting market access and product registration across Nigeria. This role works closely with the regulatory head, quality assurance team, and external agencies to maintain ethical and legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the regulatory head to monitor annual registration of up‑country depot locations.
• Evaluate Common Technical Documents (CTD) and follow up with the principal.
• Assist in registration of new products with NAFDAC, including procurement of diagnostic permits and reagent registration.
• Monitor and manage pharmacovigilance activities and adverse event reporting.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies to obtain licences and approvals for ethical pharmaceutical operations.
• Support SONCAP accreditation and assist the QA team in achieving GDP/GWP compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or B.Sc. Pharmacy); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Current practice licence as a pharmacist.
• 5–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in regulatory affairs.
