Production Assistant

About the role

Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a Production Assistant to support its Production Technology department in Kuje, Abuja. The role blends Chinese translation duties with production support, helping to keep communication clear and production schedules on track.

Key responsibilities

• Translate documents, reports and communications from English to Chinese and vice‑versa for the production department.
• Assist in planning and scheduling production processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the production team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in Chinese translation.
• At least 2 years hands‑on experience in factory management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
