Quality Manager

About the role

Fabcom Structural Ltd., a leading roofing manufacturer in the CNBM Group, is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead its factory‑wide quality assurance system at the Abuja plant. The role is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in‑process items and finished roofing products meet internal standards, customer specifications and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the factory quality system, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate production quality of raw materials, in‑process materials and finished products.
• Conduct inspections, laboratory testing, process audits and quality review meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement through root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive solutions.
• Handle customer complaints and implement effective resolutions.
• Develop, update and enforce quality standards, SOPs, QC procedures and compliance documentation.
• Train and supervise the Quality Control team to maintain strong quality discipline.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• College degree or higher in Quality Management, Chemistry, Material Science, Production or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of factory quality management experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems.
• Excellent communication, documentation and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to lead a team under pressure.
