Industrial Mechanic – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join the Engineering & Maintenance team at our Fabcom Structural factory in Kuje, Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping production equipment running smoothly through routine inspections, timely repairs, and continuous technical improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair factory machinery and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid production delays.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical faults.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to ensure equipment reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience maintaining industrial machinery.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Technical certification or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
