Phone Business Manager – Retail (Nigeria)

About the role

The Phone Business Manager – Retail will lead the launch and scaling of Sun King’s PayGo phone business across Nigeria. You will build and manage a national team, oversee retail outlet onboarding, and drive sales while ensuring effective customer repayment collections.

Key responsibilities

• Build, coach, and manage a national PayGo Phone sales team and define expansion targets.
• Rapidly onboard new retail outlets (shops, kiosks, electronics stores) and maintain strong relationships with owners and staff.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, implement repayment tracking, and work with finance to improve collection rates.
• Coordinate inventory forecasting, logistics, and brand compliance across all retail points.
• Utilise Sun King’s CRM and sales platforms to generate performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams and execute retail expansion strategies.
• Experience in sales, retail management, or PayGo/telecom environments.
