About the role
We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of Choice Talents NG. This full‑time position is based in Lagos and involves managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination across the organization, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Track key deliverables across departments and ensure timely execution.
- Draft, edit, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and notes for meetings.
- Coordinate follow‑up on decisions made during leadership and strategy meetings.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events, board meetings, and strategy sessions.
- Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clear system for tracking deadlines, goals, and follow‑through tasks.
Required profile
- HND/BSc degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or executive support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
