About the role
We are looking for a motivated NYSC Corps Member to join XQuizit Projects Ltd as a Project Administration & Operations Assistant. The role supports the project management office and daily business operations, providing essential administrative and coordination assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage schedules, meetings and calendars for project teams.
- Maintain project and company documentation, including document control and filing systems.
- Assist with invoice, payment and expense tracking.
- Update project trackers, action logs and support procurement and vendor coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Support social media, business development activities and general office administration.
- Assist with compliance documentation and record keeping.
Required profile
- Currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Tech‑savvy and eager to learn new software tools.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Resides in Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, Sangotedo or nearby areas.
