About the role
Controlinfra is seeking an Operations & Projects Coordinator to support daily startup operations, workflow coordination, and customer communication. This remote, full-time position is ideal for an organized, proactive individual comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate operational tasks and workflows across the company.
- Organise backlog items, feature requests and bug tracking.
- Manage customer communications and follow‑ups.
- Schedule demos and provide onboarding support.
- Assist with LinkedIn and content coordination.
- Maintain internal documentation and operational structure.
- Support release coordination and execution tracking.
- Ensure operational consistency throughout the organisation.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
- Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote setting.
- Startup mentality with an ownership mindset.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and workflows.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Notion.
- Experience using Slack.
- Knowledge of Linear, Jira or Trello.

- Full‑time remote role with a monthly salary of NGN 300,000.
