About the role
The Network Administration Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring seamless data and voice communications across the company. This role combines technical expertise with a focus on reliability and service continuity.
Key responsibilities
- Administration of network and communications equipment.
- Monitor and ensure availability and stability of data and voice services.
- Support business continuity through network reliability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in a similar role, with a total of 3–4 years relevant experience.
- Relevant IT certifications are considered an advantage.
- Strong behavioural competencies such as teamwork, attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
