Mechanical Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliable operation of our batching plant equipment. You will work on a variety of rotating machinery, performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain mixers, conveyors, hoppers, weigh systems, pumps and related rotating machinery.
• Perform routine inspection, lubrication, alignment and component replacement.
• Troubleshoot abnormal vibration, noise or leakage and implement corrective actions.
• Support planned shutdowns and emergency repairs, minimizing production interruptions.
• Ensure guarding, safety devices and permit‑to‑work requirements are applied.
• Keep maintenance checklists and work orders up to date.
• Assist in reliability improvement through root‑cause analysis and basic condition monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a batching plant or similar environment.
• Solid knowledge of mixers, conveyors, pumps and other rotating equipment.
• Ability to work safely, follow permit‑to‑work procedures and communicate progress to plant operators.
