Marketing Project Manager – Paid Media

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Project Manager to design and run the operating system for our paid media team. You will be the first to own this function, building processes from scratch for 25‑30 client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a live capacity‑planning model for media buyers, designers and video editors.
• Design, implement and maintain a cross‑functional creative workflow covering graphic design, video production and creative strategy.
• Source, negotiate and manage creators and UGC across platforms such as Billo and Backstage, handling rates, usage rights and cost tracking.
• Refine client onboarding, including account access collection, ClickUp setup, and dashboard configuration.
• Run ClickUp as the single source of truth, ensuring accurate reporting and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Entry‑level (approximately 2 years of relevant experience).
• Strong organizational and proactive mindset.
• Comfortable negotiating rates with external creators.
• Ability to design and document repeatable processes.
