Performance Marketing and SEO Expert

About the role

SalesRuby is seeking a Performance Marketing and SEO Expert to plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across search, social and display channels, while also driving organic growth through comprehensive SEO initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to generate qualified leads and sales pipeline.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation, technical SEO audits and link‑building to improve organic visibility.
• Analyse campaign and website performance data, prepare regular reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Run A/B and other performance tests on landing pages and ad creatives to boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales, content and product teams to ensure marketing activities align with commercial objectives and brand messaging.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing and SEO metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and reports to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to set goals, track KPIs and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
• Experience in performance testing, including A/B testing and optimisation experiments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

What we offer

• Base salary of N240,000 per month.
• Performance‑based compensation up to N200,000.
