Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our recruitment team in Lagos. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual and written content, driving social media growth, and generating qualified leads to support our business development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and publish graphics, videos, and copy for social media platforms, email campaigns and the company website.
• Grow and manage our social media presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X and other channels through creative campaigns.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and engaging prospects.
• Generate leads through content‑driven initiatives and follow up to assist conversion.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with digital trends, design innovations and lead‑generation best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or lead generation.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content planning and analytics.
• Excellent visual communication, copywriting and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup while meeting deadlines.
