Marketing and Field Officer

About the role

The Marketing and Field Officer will expand Betstack Limited’s lottery agent network across Lagos, leading field marketing campaigns, recruiting agents and ensuring strong market presence for the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage lottery agents within assigned territories.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the agent network.
• Plan and execute field marketing activities such as roadshows, market activations and community engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, community stakeholders and prospective customers.
• Monitor agent performance, provide support and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Educate agents on products, promotions, sales techniques and operational procedures.
• Visit territories regularly to assess opportunities, resolve concerns and strengthen market presence.
• Track competitor activities and deliver market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
• Achieve recruitment, activation and sales targets and submit accurate activity reports.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in assigned territories.
• Previous field marketing or sales experience is an advantage.
• Must reside in Lagos State and be able to indicate preferred local government area.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
