Logistics Coordinator – Domestic & Export Shipments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of both domestic and export shipments for our refinery and petrochemical operations. The role demands strong oversight of transport activities, cost optimisation and strict compliance with international trade regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of domestic and export shipments.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Optimise logistics costs while improving delivery efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms and all relevant transport laws.
• Manage efficient storage and retrieval of polypropylene (PP) inventory.
• Implement and enforce rigorous quality‑control checks throughout the logistics process.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience managing large‑scale industrial warehousing and logistics operations.
• Deep familiarity with logistics practices in Nigeria and the wider region.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP logistics modules.
