Mobile Phone Retriever – Field Contract

About the role

Palmpay is looking for reliable Mobile Phone Retrievers to collect mobile devices from non‑compliant customers and bring them safely to our service centres. This field‑based contract role supports the company’s Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later offering by ensuring devices are recovered promptly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve mobile phones from merchants, agents and customers who are not meeting repayment terms.
• Verify device details, record information accurately and update internal logs.
• Hand over recovered devices to the operations or technical team in a safe manner.
• Communicate politely with customers, follow Palmpay’s standard procedures and maintain professionalism at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE or OND qualification.
• Prior experience in fieldwork, operations or customer service is an advantage.
• Trustworthy, detail‑oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for logging and reporting activities.

Required skills

• Basic smartphone operation for data entry and reporting.
