Operations Officer – Retail & Hospitality Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Officer to manage and improve daily business processes across our retail and customer‑facing activities in Abuja. The role focuses on inventory coordination, vendor management and ensuring high‑quality service delivery in fast‑paced environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily operational activities to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor inventory processes, stock movement and supply‑chain coordination.
• Support store operations, uphold customer service standards and drive internal process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and liaise with external service providers.
• Prepare operational reports, track KPIs and provide performance insights to management.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and customer experience teams to enhance operational outcomes.
• Handle scheduling, logistics coordination and administrative support as needed.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain high service delivery standards.
• Support staff onboarding, operational training and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of operations experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, luxury retail or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer experience management.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with operational reporting tools.
