Head of Human Resources

About the role

The Head of Human Resources will lead the People and Culture function for Staffify Outsourcing Limited, aligning HR strategy with business objectives and driving organisational performance across Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a People and Culture strategy that supports corporate goals.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management on workforce planning, leadership development and organisational health.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Design and manage performance management frameworks, goal‑setting processes and performance improvement plans.
• Embed company values into daily operations, lead employee engagement and well‑being programmes, and manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Identify capability gaps and implement learning and leadership development programmes.
• Design and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits structure, ensuring compliance with budgetary and legal requirements.
• Develop and execute employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably at senior level.
• Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, change management and cultural transformation.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with executive stakeholders.
