Growth & Marketing Partner (Hybrid)

About the role

SuyaBranch, a premium lounge & grill in Lagos, is seeking a Growth & Marketing Partner to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and repeat business. This hybrid position blends remote strategic work with on‑site execution at the Ajah location.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement growth strategies across digital and offline channels, targeting Ajah, Lekki and surrounding areas.
• Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other platforms, producing short‑form videos and photos that showcase the food, atmosphere and brand personality.
• Run campaigns that generate measurable increases in orders, revenue and customer retention.
• Conduct regular on‑site research, photoshoots, events and brand activations to capture authentic customer experiences.
• Analyse performance data, test new ideas and optimise marketing tactics based on results.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a data‑driven approach to marketing.
• Comfortable balancing remote work with frequent visits to the Ajah location.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, loyalty and referral programmes.
