Growth Manager

About the role

Renmoney is a fast‑moving fintech looking for a data‑driven Growth Manager to own user acquisition, conversion optimisation and revenue growth across its loan, savings, payments and SME products. You will work hands‑on, designing and scaling performance‑marketing experiments in a high‑velocity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms, managing budgets, bids, creatives and targeting.
• Own the optimisation of key conversion funnels, including landing pages and onboarding flows, by designing and executing A/B tests.
• Drive revenue outcomes by identifying opportunities to increase transaction volume, product adoption and customer lifetime value.
• Use Mobile Measurement Partners, analytics tools and BI dashboards to track performance, extract insights and inform decisions.
• Leverage growth, analytics and AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, reporting and speed of execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of running and optimising paid acquisition campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with conversion rate optimisation, landing‑page testing and experimentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
