Growth & Community Manager

About the role

CampusGenie is looking for a Growth & Community Manager who lives and breathes Nigerian student culture. You will lead student acquisition and nurture vibrant communities across universities and secondary schools nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the CampusGenie ambassador programme across Nigerian campuses.
• Manage and expand WhatsApp, Telegram, and other social media groups.
• Plan and execute on‑campus activations, exam‑season campaigns, and giveaways.
• Create culturally relevant content for key moments such as JAMB, results day, and matriculation.
• Track growth metrics—including installs, referrals, daily active users, and community size—and report insights.
• Identify and partner with student influencers, course representatives, and student unions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, campus marketing, or growth roles.
• Deep, lived understanding of Nigerian student life.
• Proven track record of growing online communities on platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter/X, and TikTok.
• Strong written communication and content‑creation abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable with KPI tracking and iteration.
• Self‑starter capable of running campaigns independently.
