Group Head of Human Resources

About the role

Bridgemead Advisory is seeking a senior HR leader to shape and execute the Group’s human capital strategy across its diversified operations in mining, energy and heavy industry. Reporting to the executive board, the Group Head of Human Resources will drive talent, performance and culture initiatives that support rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align the Group HR strategy with corporate objectives and growth plans.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits and learning & development programs.
• Oversee talent management, succession planning and leadership development to build a high‑performing workforce.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, corporate governance and HR policies while managing employee and industrial relations.
• Manage HR budgeting, reporting, risk management and continuous improvement across the Group.
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational transformation, culture development and strategic change initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or CIPD).
• 10–20 years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership responsibility in manufacturing, steel, mining, energy, logistics or conglomerate environments.
• Proven expertise in human capital strategy, talent acquisition, performance & reward management, employee relations and change management.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
