Group Employee Engagement / HR Projects Manager

About the role

The Group Employee Engagement / HR Projects Manager will lead the design and delivery of employee experience, culture, and workforce engagement initiatives across the Group and its subsidiaries. This senior role combines project‑management expertise with deep knowledge of employee engagement, organisational development and HR operations to align people strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Group‑wide employee engagement strategies, surveys, pulse checks and culture assessments.
• Design and manage programmes that boost morale, productivity, retention and organisational commitment.
• Lead strategic HR transformation projects, including planning, budgeting, stakeholder coordination and implementation of HR systems and automation.
• Support organisational restructuring, workforce planning and change‑management initiatives.
• Produce engagement dashboards, HR metrics reports and data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Communicate project status, risks and outcomes to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise‑level HR projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong expertise in employee engagement, culture development and organisational change.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience turning engagement data into actionable insights.
• Effective partnership with senior leaders to foster inclusive, high‑performing workplaces.
• Experience in communicating HR initiatives across multiple subsidiaries.
