Front Desk Representative

About the role

The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and callers at our Lagos office. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, provide accurate information and support smooth office operations. This role combines customer service with essential administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming calls, take messages and respond to emails.
• Schedule, confirm and manage appointments, maintain calendars and arrange meeting rooms.
• Maintain visitor logs, customer records and office documents; handle filing, data entry and correspondence.
• Monitor front‑desk supplies, keep the reception area tidy and support other departments with ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
• Prepare routine reports on visitors, calls and appointments while ensuring confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Proven experience (up to 12 months) in a receptionist, front‑desk or customer‑service role.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
