Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to supervise and coordinate daily operations and team activities at our Lagos location. The role involves ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service standards, and supporting various operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations and team activities, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure team members follow company procedures and maintain expected service standards.
• Coordinate communication between management, staff, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor customer requests and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Track orders, projects, deliveries, and other operational activities.
• Identify operational challenges and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Support inventory, procurement, and basic administrative activities.
• Prepare simple operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, supervision, administration, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent organisational abilities.
• Proactive, reliable, detail‑oriented and comfortable taking responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
